The OpenMovers come from all walks of life to bring together a wonderful mix of experience and talent. We have experts in: publishing, programming, robotics, software development, biz-development, lead generation, ecommerce, music, direct marketing, and international dealings. What holds us together is the belief that by being diverse, nimble and committed, we can give the small businesses an edge using online marketing tools that a few years ago only big business could afford.

 

Ronen Yaari

Ronen Yaari, Partner

Ronen spearheads our client strategy services and internal operations. He has over 15 years’ experience in online marketing and communication.

Ronen founded OpenMoves ten years ago to answer the nagging problems most of his clients had, like: This is a great e-mail tool, but I don’t have time or the experience to use it. He then assembled a team of professionals to  create the best-of-breed e-mail campaigns, landing pages, and Web sites that make solid business sense.

When not in front of his PC screen, he’s on his bike, kayak or his yoga mat.

Amir Chitayat

Amir Chitayat, Partner

Amir enjoys leveraging his many years of executive experience running  global businesses to help our clients grow and penetrate new markets using out-of-the-box thinking and innovative marketing technologies.

Amir has a strong  background  in Online Marketing, Software Development, and High Tech. He led several M&As and has extensive experience working with start ups and VC firms and active in a few Board of Directors. Prior to OpenMoves Amir served as President at Expand Networks, Sagitta, and Anorad, a $60M  automation company.

Amir received his formal education at Harvard Business School and Tel Aviv University.When he is not working you may catch him on the tennis court or yoga mat, depending on the day.

Eitan Chitayat

Eitan Chitayat, Brand Builder

Eitan is our Brand Builder with a distinctly international background working with B2C and B2B clients worldwide. He leads our branding team on a part time basis as he also has his own direct clients.

Throughout his 15-year career, he’s delivered award-winning work on integrated campaigns across all mediums. Clients include Google, Apple, Volkswagen, Target, DHL, American Express, AT&T/Cingular, Sabra and Toyota. He’s been a full-time employee for Arnold Worldwide in Boston, Ogilvy & Mather and BBDO in NYC. Some of his work can be found on his web site natie.com

He likes to travel, read, create and stay innovative and looks better in color.

Eyal Yaari, Technology

Eyal leads OpenMoves to the cutting edge of technology. For over 25 years, he has developed software incorporating Expert System and AI technologies which has brought a fresh and out-of-the-box approach to product development.

Eyal has since joined OpenMoves and has taken on the challenges of email marketing, integrating all the cross-technology platforms into a single marketing machine. He is responsible for creating the “glueware” which  integrates the databases, the websites, CRM’s, finance packages, and a multitude of e-mail tools into one system that’s easy to use.

When not in front of his PC screen, he can usually be found in front of someone else’s PC screen

Paul Hyman

Paul Hyman, Editorial

Paul knows what it takes to create a successful newsletter. He firmly believes that there is nothing more powerful than a well-written newsletter to stay in touch with your customers, your suppliers, and your employees.

Formerly the editor-in-chief of five print and online publications — including the national business newspaper Electronic Buyers’ News, Purchasing Management, and GamePower — Paul has designed and written newsletters for a national trade association, a consumer web site, and several business-to-business hi-tech publications.

Paul was the founding editor of CMP Media, a leading integrated media company providing essential information and marketing services to the technology and healthcare industries.

Brian Cooper

Brian S. Cooper, Search Engine Marketing

Brian is our search engine optimization (SEO) professional and social media strategist. Brian joined OpenMoves in 2010 to lead our SEM (Search Engine Marketing) group. He helps our clients get found.

Brian has rich experience in SEM, B2B, B2C, and e-commerce. He is focused on metrics and results for lead gen and e-commerce, and works with clients in the food, medical, semiconductor, and other industries. Brian is practiced in Web accessibility, usability, and Web standards.

Joi Brooks

Joi Brooks, Tech Support Manager

Joi’s our support den mother, taking good care of all our customer’s technical needs. As our Tech Support Manager, she’s taken the lead to manage training and customized webinars, deliver resource and support documentation, trouble shoot and answer OM3 application questions. She’s a critical thinker and a great team player.

With experience in both IT and marketing, Joi possesses a knowledge base of software, hardware, online marketing strategy and implementation matters. Both a marketing maven and self-proclaimed geek, she won’t rest until she resolves your problem with a smile. She’s worked in the television, magazine and book publishing, real estate, natural foods, manufacturing and retail industries.
